@VANDYTHEPINK is a streetwear brand founded by designer Vandy and is based is Virginia. The brand reimagines everyday culture into playful, bold fashion. Our vision is to become a creative bridge connecting Asia and the U.S. through original design and storytelling.
How long will it take to receive my purchase?
Most orders ship within 3-5 business days.
Some items may take up to 3-4 weeks depending on production or order volume. Please check the item description at checkout for specific timelines.
What are your release dates?
All release dates are announced on our Instagram @VANDYTHEPINK and through our email newsletter. Follow us to stay updated.
Do you have a store?
We currently do not have a physical store. All purchases are available online at www.onvandylab.org.
We occasionally host pop-ups in select cities — follow us on Instagram to find out where we're headed next.
All orders ship from the U.S.
How do I check where my package is?
You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships. You can also log into your account and check under "My Orders". If you didn't receive a tracking number, please check your spam folder or email us at INFO@ONVANDYLAB.ORG.
I made a mistake on my order, what do I do?
For any changes, email us at INFO@ONVANDYLAB.ORG within 24 hours of placing your order. Include your order number, full name, and correct details. After 24 hours, changes may not be possible if production has already started.
I received an email from my carrier that I need to pay duties?
All international orders ship from the U.S.
Any customs duties or import taxes are the customer's responsibility. These charges are not included in the shipping fee and may vary by country. We are not responsible for customs delays or unpaid duties.
Can I collaborate with VANDYTHEPINK?
We're always open to unique and authentic collaboration ideas. For serious proposals, please email INFO@ONVANDYLAB.ORG with a detailed deck or introduction.
Can I return, refund, or exchange my purchase?
All sales are final — we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please check size, color, and product details carefully before purchasing. If you receive a defective item, contact us before wearing it. Once worn or used, we cannot process any claims.
I provided an incorrect address but the item has already been shipped and lost. Can I get a replacement?
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, email us within 12 hours of placing your order.
What if I want to make changes after the 24 hour grace period?
Order changes must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. If your order has already entered production, we may cancel it with a 30% restocking fee. Please email INFO@ONVANDYLAB.ORG and include your order number for assistance.
Are your items limited edition? Will they restock?
We do not restock. Most of our drops are limited — once they're sold out, they won't come back. Each release is designed as a moment in time, so don't miss it.
Do you offer early access or exclusive drops?
We sometimes offer early access to upcoming releases. Follow us on Instagram @VANDYTHEPINK to stay informed about early access opportunities and special drops.
Do you offer wholesale or retail partnerships?
VANDYTHEPINK is selective about our retail partnerships. If you're a retailer interested in working with us, please email INFO@ONVANDYLAB.ORG with your store details and proposal.
